这是个令人反思的topic，作者提供了一些有用的建议和实操的方法，归根到底还是self-control的能力。作者花大精力都在讲deep work的重要性，书的架构很像一个deck，topic的意义远高于书的阅读性。

书中说的道理都明白，可就是需要来碗刚出锅的鸡汤补一补。读完后估计能专注学习个一个月，等意志力残了就再换本鸡汤读读。
